Note from Abigail:

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Bodyworker and Aromatherapist specializing in therapeutic massage, relaxation and pain relief. I started my journey into massage therapy by first training as an aromatherapist, but I fell in love with massage therapy and its ever changing aspects. My life was very busy and stressful, and what comes with that is body pain, headaches, sleepless nights, etc. I began to learn as much as I could - not just for me, but so I could help others as I was helped.

Massage gave me a renewal, a break from pain, stress and worries of my day for a window of time. I believe everyone should have a time to relax and breathe so they can heal and put their best foot forward.

While working with you I will customize a therapeutic session tailored to your needs by using a fusion of techniques to address areas of discomfort or tension.

I trained at American College of Health Sciences in Aromatherapy, Herbology and Massage Therapy and at US Career Institute of Massage Therapy. My training included a Holistic Masters degree plus 675 hours in anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, massage techniques, hydrotherapy, ethics and psychology of touch, holistic studies, and much more.
