About

I have experienced stress, migraines, and body pain for years. Massage therapy has been one of the most effective remedies I’ve found. Being able to give others that same window of peace and relaxation is wonderfully rewarding.

Note from Abigail:

My own search for pain-relief has taken me on a very interesting and fulfilling journey. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Bodyworker and Aromatherapist specializing in therapeutic and medical massage, relaxation and pain relief. I started my journey into massage therapy by first training as an aromatherapist, but I fell in love with massage therapy and its ever changing aspects. I have tried many therapies over the years and this search has brought me to practice massage. My life was very busy and stressful, and what comes with that is body pain, headaches, sleepless nights, etc. I began to learn as much as I could - not just for me, but so I could help others as I was helped. I approach my clients with compassion because of my own experience learning how to resolve dis-ease and pain.

Massage gave me a renewal, a break from pain, stress and worries of my day for a window of time. I believe everyone should have a time to relax and breathe so they can heal and put their best foot forward.
