Massage
The perfect fusion of techniques to treat pain, restriction, tension or anxiety. I will use my intuition, skills and training to craft a massage that targets specific areas of concern, while delivering an all-around relaxing massage. Modalities include Activated deep tissue, Swedish and Sports massage, Barefoot massage/Sarga, Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, table Thai massage, Craniosacral, hot and cold stone therapy (salt stone), and aromatherapy.
Swedish Massage
A very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. I use an array of strokes such as effleurage, rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
CranioSacral Therapy
A gentle, light-touch, non-invasive technique that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health. This therapy is a very soothing and relaxing healing experience. Craniosacral helps balance the nervous system and the effects can resonate through the body for days.
Deep Tissue Massage
A form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deep layers of muscle tissue. Deep tissue massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries.
Sarga Massage or Barefoot Massage
Sarga massage or Barefoot massage is a luxuriously slow and meditative myofascial treatment. In this style, I will uses the broad surface of my feet to deliver pressure that is deep and relaxing without the pointed intensity of typical deep tissue massage. Your knots are melted away, you drift into a dream-like state. The pace and pressure of this style allows your nervous system to fully reset.
Pregnancy Massage
The perfect fusion of techniques to treat pain, restriction, tension or anxiety during pregnancy. A bolster is provided so mom-to-be can lay face down in comfort. Abigail will use her intuition, skills and training to craft a massage that targets specific areas of concern, while delivering an all-around relaxing massage. 90 minutes or 2 hour sessions available.
Hot and Cold Stone Therapy
A form of bodywork that involves the application of heated stones (thermotherapy) to the body. Round, smooth stones are heated to luxurious warmth, oiled and used in the palm of the hands to massage the body. Heat penetrates deeply, prompting profound relaxation, and relief of long-standing muscular tension, stress and fatigue.

Cupping
Cupping takes the pain away! Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which the therapist uses special cups on your skin for 30 minutes to create suction. Helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being. This is considered a form of deep tissue.
Custom Aromatherapy Session
Session includes in-take of health and areas of concern. A custom blend will be created and massaged into the arms, legs, hands, and feet of client to induce a state of total relaxation and bliss. Custom Aromatherapy session can be added to any massage session for full body experience.
